A lot of the registry values it calls aren't there by default, like Manila registries, and I don't have an installer to add them. Is there something missing?

Just upload the new version 2.2 (mirror bug fix)
only 2 registry you need, one is alarm status another is album title
if you can't see the alarm status in main page
try to run the file "alarm.mscr" that include in the mscr folder.

I wasn't sure what it meant by root, but anyplace that I have stuck this, the theme doesn't work. Just a noob probably, but can you give me a more detailed instruction on how to install this theme. Thank you.

just copy to your device main memory but not in any folder

Finally I made it work in my spanish WM6, but I still wasnt able to make the music dock works, Ive been testing I saw it need something about manila installed. Do you know what can it be?

What is your problem, can't play music or album art not show up?
The manila is just for record the last song you play from s2p, and it suppose auto write to the registry. pls check do you have this registry
HKCU\Software\Manila\Music\CurrentTitle
if you can't find this......
run the file "albumcover.mscr" that include in my mscr folder
