I've made a weatherpanel theme that works w/ wisbar advanced desktop. I got the inspiration from Ken's Vista theme and thought maybe I could make a "live Desktop" so to speak and have the background "and" also animated weather icons changing accordingly to the weather as it's automatically updated and here is the result...

Let me see a show of hands if anyone is interested as it's a huge huge file of course and not too many ppl may even want a set up such as this for their WAD. If there is interest I will set up a download soon.

***New Theme Released and Vista Alive updated 4-1-07***

"Bliss Alive" accommodates a Bottom Dock both have Image Changing Backgrounds, Animated Icons, the actual Moon Phase on the Current Weather screen and also the Day/Night Forecast Screen, Vista Alive shows Tomorrow's Forecast on the SideBar.

You guys do know how an .exe works right? they self execute and install all nice and easy wellllll this is not. so I've included a very detailed readme file inside the .zip on the setup okay.
